Need a 'make a banner' site

I would like to make a banner. I have a picture (77x80) and would like to add my store name. Does anyone know of a site - that isnt too complicated - Embarassed

Personally I use PowerPoint to make my banners. That way I can use WordArt.

Once I'm done I just save it as a picture.

Of course, they are just plain banners, nothing fancy. Smile

I just use Paint (came with my pc)

Forgot to post this one, too. There's a free trial period for this downloadable banner maker. Liked it so much, I bought a license for it after the trial period was up. You can do animated banners and all kindsa things with it:
