| Hello! I am extremely confused by the shipping matrix. I thought I had it figured out but I just sold my first multiple order and it ended up charging nothing for the shipping! Actually, can it be because I only set categary 1? Left the other categories blank and am just getting a glimmering of understanding after reading some of the other threads. The matrix added my orders as 1 plus 1 equals 2, yes? And since I left 2 blank, it charged nothing. Does that sound right? Well, will get on that immediately! |

You mean the weight columns?
If you put a price in column 1 = 1 pound and left all the other columns blank you told the matrix to charge X if it wieghts up to 1 pound and charge zero if it weights more.
You really need to fill in all the columns.
