If you belive that you received unfair feedback from a buyer, you can file a feedback dispute by contacting us through our form:
http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php
Please select "Dispute buyer's feedback" from the select menu. Please also note that you will have to submit some proofs supporting your dispute. |

thank you Dimitri, this is a very nice addition for sellers since there are cirumstances involved at times, and cranky buyers sometimes.

I just got back an appology letter from the customer and he said he would write and tell them. I did that too. Thank you so much. I've seen your dolls before on Really Smart Deals. Lovely. |

How do you go about finding out who left the feedback? It does not state the buyers name or identity anywhere. Am I missing something here? Fill me in.

Unfortunately, the only way to identify the customer is by the item the feedback references. |
