Is there any method that I can arrange the order of items being displayed?
Thanks in advance. |

Not that I have found!! I assume you mean the view when a buyer/browser would be looking at your store - eh?
The columns are not sortable, and it would be nice if they were (alpha, $$, etc.)..
Great question!

If you mean alpha/numeric$$ not really unless you re-post with that order in mind. Then you can select whether or not the image appears at the top of the categories when viewed...I think if you check each item to appear at the top, the images will rotate as on the front page of your store. I play with it now & then to see what I feel like moving or exploring, within this great venue some elements are yet to be discovered.
Good luck!
That is my 2 cents!

The default is reverse chronological and that's it, unfortunately. I think there was talk at one time about offering more sorting options in admin but that was a while ago... |

NOPE - but buyers can use the filter to rearrange how they view them |

I meant arranging the order of appearance of all items within each categories and sub-categories section in a store. It can be either sorting by the name of the item, price or weight, etc. Not so much of the rotation order of images on the home page.
Ok. It seems like there is no option for seller to do so. Thanks. |

Not my dog!
I was just editing my products and accidentally clicked on Products in the blue header which appears over the list of products in your store. They all became alphabetical. Items A>Z... for 28 products, I was aware that clicking on the "Hits" would change the order from ascending to descending but, alpha...no clue!
Just sharing! If this is what you were referring to then, great! If not ? I am totally unaware of maintaining alpha item lists in the store view for customers
Best Wishes! |

Yep, you can also go to the main Categories page and click the filter button (don't fill out any fields) and it'll give you the entire store in reverse-chronological.
Unfortunately, though, these are only buyer-end solutions and they have to figure it out for themselves. |
