A buyer is trying to scam us by threatening to leave us slanderous negative feedback if we don't refund his payment in full & let him keep the camera battery brought from us. We're confident about the quality of our products since we only sell original brands & always carefully test each item before shipping. We asked this guy to send the item back, & we pay the return shipping, but he refused! We'd like to know where & how on eCRATER a seller can reply to feedback received just like he can do on eBay. We need to let other buyers know that this guy left us untrue, defamatory feedback just because we refuse to be scammed by him! Can anyone help us? Thanks a lot in advance!

| There's no way to reply to feedback here. If you have proof/ documentation that your item is genuine, you can appeal to Ecrater to have the feedback removed. I think that's your only recourse. |
