We just noticed this morning that all of our products are missing, and the google search said "internal error" It does not seem that we violated any of the terms or conditions, and a message sent to ecrater has gone unanswered. Any ideas from people that can actually give help? Thanks |

that was not help. We already went through the terms and conditions, and there does not seem to be any issues there. Any other suggestions from someone that can HELP? |

There are many things that could have triggered your store being suspended. The best thing to do is to contact Ecrater by using their contact form. We as fellow store owners can't see your items either so we don't know what you did wrong. Did you have any duplicates listings or meaningless titles? |

Since you don't pay fees other than to PP or GCO (which you can recoup as part of the refund) you might want to take out the mention of not getting credit for your fees. It is not the customers business why and for how much the restocking fee might be. Of course this has nothing to do with why you are suspended, but I found that while looking at what I could see in your store. |

I looked at everything visible in your store and didn't see any red flags. The only thing I can think of since you are selling used, is that some of your items like tees or media could be a fake (as in copied or trademark infringement) and someone noticed and flagged the item.
You don't have a duplicate store here do you?
BTW I agree with Moonwishes that you should remove the comment about not being reimbursed for your fees. PP does reimburse you for the % fee. I think Google does to. If you want to charge a restocking fee that is your business but don't blame the need for it on the credit processors. |

Check your listings categories. Something as simple as listing in the wrong category can get you suspended. Happened to me when I first set up. I put stuffed animals in collectibles (major brand of collectible plush) but according to terms here they had to be in toys. Don't know if that helps but just a thought. |
