You don't. eCrater does that for you.

If you go to Google and try to set up a feed for your store, it will mess up the eCrater feed to Google Merchant/Shopping/Products/Base or whatever Google is calling it these days.

Do submit your store URL http://andrewsclothingshop.ecrater.com/ to Google Search.
Do use Google Analytics if you wish.
Do use Google Checkout if you like as a form of payment.

You cannot use Google Webmaster Tools because you can't claim the web address ecrater.com as yours or insert HTML code into the pages.
Same thing for Google Merchant/Shopping/Products/Base.

how do i know if my items when to the google feed because its tell me that im active and the last feed was however it saids Items processed: 0 and Items inserted: 0 in both my us and uk stores

You aren't paying attention to what we are telling you. Yoour titles and descriptions are too vague. Fix them. It may be preventing your feeds from going through.

You have a lot of topics open here. Go find them all and read what we keep telling you.
