I have not received emails for last five sales, since afternoon of Sept. 15.
Four out of five were not payed for, so I think the buyers are not receiving them either.
I haven't changed anything, don't use Earthlink and don't use a spam filter. |

Can you send yourself an ASAQ from a product page ? |

I'm having the same problem. I tried 3 different emails. Nothing!
Cosmicray, have you receive any email when you send yourself an ASAQ from product page? |

I tested both of my stores and got both ASQs from them. I use yahoo for my email accounts in both stores (and this time they didn't even end up in my spam filter!) |

Yep, works fine here. Received it immediately. My email is on gmail tho. |

Wow! My personal domain email address did not work. Hotmail did not work. As soon as I change it to either Rogers (Yahoo) or Gmail email address I had no problem receiving emails. |

Sent myself ASQ at about 7:40 this AM, it hasn't come through.
Strangely, a sale notice made at 11:59 today, DID come through, none of the old emails have come.
My email is through my ISP, Charter Communications, no spam filter. |

I just tested both of my stores. I use Earthlink with both of them and the emails came through quickly so it's not a Earthlink problem this time. |

my best guess: either your mail provider is marking eCrater as spam, or the payment link might be triggering something (although the ASAQ has no suck link). might ask one of the email providers if they can 'white-list' ecrater, at least for you, if not for everyone. |

CALL Charter Communications ask them if ecrater or noreply@ emails are black listed by their mail server. |

We think this issue may have been a server configuration and has been fixed. Please email us if you do not receive notices on future orders.

It would be faster if I use Roger (Yahoo) or Gmail.
I don't have to worry about that at this time because whatever eCrater did fix the problem.
