Google Checkout is Googles version of PayPal. IT has nothing to do with pay per click - that's google ad words and google ad sense |

I think you are confusing Google Checkout with Google adsense. |

In some states, if you are an Adsense seller, your state will tag you with taxes to pay. Amazon stopped supporting its associates in Illinois because of the tax reporting. |

Amazon also ended all affilate relationships with everyone in Colorado ... because they mis-interupted the sales tax laws.
Money earned from ANY affiliation, Adsense, Amazon etc .. are all taxable income and should be reported as income on your income taxes. |
