|
|
Hello-
I am haveing huge issues with my logo. The problem is it started out as a bitmap file in Paint so it has that stupid white box behind it, which then turns black when I try to upload it.
At some point I think I made it transparent and I used Gif works to try and undo the transperency and then use the free form tool in fast form capture to get rid of the white box to no avail. It still uploads with a black box behind it with little white marks all over.
You can see it on my auctiva store www.outfitkit.com. I was messing around with it this morning so the bad logo is up.
Thanks,
Julie |

Do you have the original UNTOUCHED image?
It would be alot easy to work with. THis one is blurred and it would be much easier to start all over then to fix it. |

Yes, I have the original image. I have it in GIF, JPG and PNG. It only gets blurry when I upload it to auctiva. |

I just sent you a PM with my email. If you want me to play with it - email it to me. |

I have it coppied. It loks as if your autiva has stretched it out. It's too small for that site aparently. |

Can I ask a question about it??
The autiva store looks to me like a scanned peice of material, with text (and small image) placed on top of it. Is that right?
Do you have the image of the material alone? The one reason I ask is the text would be easy to recreate, but you can't 'draw' fabric ya know? I could try to help if you wish. Do you have the name of the font? |

No worries. I fixed it for outfitkit. The image was just on too big of a background. Took all of 2 seconds to fix it. |
