i recently had a weird buyer who bought something, and left us a neutral feedback within a day after purchasing....i tried to contact this buyer but he won't respond... is there anyway i could follow up to the neutral feedback content? |

I would just ask the ecrater team to remove it. I just had someone leave me a neutral because they didn't get a confirmation email from Google within 24 hours (it probably went to their spam email box?). Leaving feedback within 48 hours of purchase seems ridiculous to me. |

ecrater removed the neutral feedback within an hour after i emailed them this is good customer service....I am pleased..... |

Yeah, they're great about that. I had a negative after someone checked out and they immediately left a negative saying, "I don't want the item." Ecrater is great at removing feedback from people that clearly don't know how to use it or what it's for... |
