I ship all over of course. but recently I setup to shipping to the UK. I'm getting sales from there, but my sales are NOT including shipping. what can I do to correct this? meanwhile I'm refunding sales over and over. the buyers says it's free.. it's not

| I am assuming you have the shipping matrix filled out and no shipping plan set up on PayPal. |

Your UK items show that you are using the USPS calculator, but when I click on one to get the shipping, it is showing 0.00. It does not show the int'l shipping method(s) you have chosen and I think it is supposed to.
Check in Admin > Options > where you have enabled the USPS calculator and see what International services you have selected, like Priority International, First Class International, etc. When a shopper clicks to check the shipping, I think it is supposed to show them which one(s) you offer and the costs. Yours is not showing anything. |
