I have been delving into the forums and I am guessing my store has been suspended. I added a lot of text over the Christmas, and have now removed it hoping that was the issue. (I think I have been with eCrater into my second year now).

I can see my home page, but when I click through to my categories I cannot click through to actual products. I can also access my admin site. If you all have any suggestions they would be most appreciated, thanks

eCrater Terms 4.3: "Do not invite the users to pay through payment methods not supported by eCRATER."

Your terms: "We therefore accept Interac eTransfers to franzmcfayden@gmail.com for our Canadian Customers and Western Union Money Transfers for our international customers. Any alternatives requested, please contact us via email at Customer service at mc.cellularcommunications@gmail.com with request."

There may be other problems, as well.

Your listing for Mac Book Air is on backorder ... this is against eCrater's TOS.
Hide the product until it is available again.

Keep em comin' ! Thanks sir I have taken that off. I've tried to get rid of anything that may even be slightly construed as against the TOS, but more eyes see better. I appreciate the help.

I was looking and found the following:

1) In the store intro

Quote:
Contact us prior to ordering to get the latest price, shipping times and to check stock availability


In eCrater you must have the items technically in your hands. If you don't have it in stock you can't post the item.

2) In the terms

Quote:
Please also note that shipping rates can change without notice.


It can be understood that S&H change after the item is pay by the buyer. Never write this. If you need to update your S&H in your store just update it.

Quote:

Please also note that if you are shipping to an un-confirmed paypal address, signature confirmation is required and will be an additional charge as per the carrier, invoiced after initial payment.


In eCrater you can't Invoice people for more money after they paid. Unless you have a International buyer paying as Domestic. Because it can mean for some readers as "users to go to other sites to complete the transaction".

It is a personal opinion. I believe that your About US miss the purpose of it. You are making description of your items and not about you. Look this example from other sellers of a interesting focus About US:

Your suspension probably has something to do with selling name brand electronics, i.e. Blackberry, Android & Samsung cell phones and iPad accessories, etc... I am guessing you have to prove to eCrater that your items are authentic before you can sell them here.

I have changed the above-noted and also put my about us back to what it was when I originally started the store a couple of years back.

Authentic or not, only you know that. Therefore, you might need to send eCrater receipts or licenses, whatever to prove that if authenticity is the reason for your suspension. I am just guessing by looking at your home page and since eCrater has been flooded with knockoffs from China and timbuktu, they are pretty careful about keeping the site clean. Just because you had these items listed since inception, that doesn't mean you are safe. You probably might have been reported recently or eCrater's mod might have finally gotten the time to review your site.

Again, I am only guessing like other sellers here. You can contact eCrater and ask for their help as to specifically why you are suspended so that you can fix your store and lift the suspension.

Hi Guys, Tracey at eCrater re-instated my store:

Thank you for your email. Your account is suspended for mis-categorization.
All unlock codes and unlock services should be listed in the services
category. Also all costs including shipping should be included at the time a
buyer completes the purchase and not added or accessed afterward. Please
correct these issues before requesting reactivation of your store.

MC while you are working on your shop you might want to check on your photos. Some are too small and do not enlarge when clicked.
