|
|
I looked at my product list this morning and all was fine. Looked again a few minutes ago and every single item has a check mark in the box left of the item.
I unchecked the boxes and went to preview my store. Nothing changed there. Went back to products list and the check marks were back.
Can someone tell me what this means, please. |

What kind of checkmarks? Do you mean the red exclamation marks? If so that means you need to fill in the Google attributes. Check the G button and it will tell you what you need. Since your items are hand made, after you fill in the size color and gender, you can apply for a Google exemption for the UPCs. There should be a link on your admin when you first sign in. But they won't do anything till all the other attributes are filled in.
There is no box on the left of the item. If you've had people looking at the items, a number will appear to the left but if no one has looked, there will just be empty space. |

That is key. Fill out as many attributes as possible before asking for an exemption. Those attributes act like keywords in google shopping to help google sort and show browers results from what they inputted. Don't settle for doing the minimum. |

It's not the red exclamation mark. These are literal check marks in my products list (store navigation setup page) and they are on the left side, nowhere near the google "G". |

All google attributes are filled in. Everything else is staying the way I set it. |

Normally the only thing that shows to the left of your product listing is the number of hits you have gotten. You may have to write the ecrater team for answers. |

This could be something eCRATER put in your store, flagging to see if you fixed something before suspending you.
I can't remember if it was you or another jewelry seller this week who had nonsense titles. Perhaps eCRATER saw that and flagged you to be checked to see if you fixed them. Could also be items that are in the wrong category or have boiler plates etc.
I suggest you contact eCRATER admin. |

Cosmicray, Thanks.
Is it possible that those check marks are a way of letting me know that my items are able to be found in search engines now? |

All item titles are relevant and in their correct catagory. Ican't find anything that needs to be changed. |

We don't know which is why you should ask the ecrater team. We can't see your product list and what you are describing is something we haven't seen and don't know about. |

Google Variants are enabled in your admin screen, under Options. |
