Hi, My shope was suspended and ecrater suppor informed me that my account has been activated, now it has nearly two month, but I wondered why all items including the newly entered and old items cannot be appeared in my shop.
Has some procedure done missed ?

For starters, it might help if you remove whatever is causing the Google Analytics JS code to appear in the text on your home page. That is an obvious problem. You should have seen that without even asking here.

Since I'm not in the least interested in the types of things you are selling, I'm wondering if you have your items in the wrong categories. I would think that most of your stuff should be in some kind of 'adult' category to keep kids from browsing your store or to at least warn off people that might be offended at your offerings. I didn't actually look at your individual listings to see where they are listed. Just seeing your home page was enough for me. As the other poster said you need to fix it as it has some kind of code on it and you can't use html at all in your stores. You should also check your spelling and and writing.

We are unable to see your items, so we are unable to help with the reason you were suspended. You need to read the terms of service for eCRATER, fix the problems and contact eCRATER to explain what you have done and to request reinstatement. The links to the eCRATER terms and the link to contact eCRATER is listed on the eCRATER home page.

Pretty fashion, if what is on your home page is indicative of what you sell, it doesn't belong in the adult section. It is sexy lingerie, not porn, so I don't think that is the problem.

However if you have that code on your listing pages as well as on your home page, that is probably the issue. Remove it all and see if you can then be reinstated.

You do need to work on your English. Have you tried an online translator service? They are free and work very well.

Maggie this is part of what happens with so-called 'adult stuff'. I also scanned her categories and without seeing what is actually being sold in those categories it is hard to tell and I personally don't want to be making that decision. I realize I would be considered a prude and I don't care. But I think she is walking a very fine line IMHO. The categories and titles alone could be the problem and that strange code that she needs to get rid of.

I looked at the categories now. The leather, metallic and see through categories should probably be listed in adult from the sounds of the titles but the photos shown on the home page do not fall in that category.

But advice to the seller, create featured categories and don't have a picture for your adult categories if you feature it. That way you don't offend people who see your items accidentally.

Hi, My account was suspended before, becuase one buyer has complainted that she could not recived my parcel, actually I have posted already. So my account was suspended. Until recently I wrote to customer support again. Thye promised to reactivate my account, if I could refund to that buyer, I did. They informed me that my account was activated.
My old shop has a few hundred items exiting, then I added some again, but when I reviewed my shop, it shown zero items.
I asked the support who informed me my account has been activated, but so far no response.
Now I want to clarify whether my account was reactivated or they have some prcedure has done missing.

Only the ecrater team can tell you that. You need to write to them. We are only sellers here that help when we can but we don't know what is going on with your store. Did you have one store suspended and then start a different store? That might be why your store is suspended. But like I said you can only get that info from the ecrater team.
