Hi, I'm new to eCrater and I think my store has just gotten suspended since i got the "no such product" line. Can anybody tell me what mistakes I made with my store? here's the link to it: http://thevaulsilverjewelry.ecrater.com/ |

We can't see your listings so have no idea why you would have been suspended. I did notice that your welcome page says essentially what your about us page says. You might want to rethingk the about us page. The statement about 925 silver is good as I have seen that in other jewelry stores that don't bother to define it assuming everyone understands it--but not all of us do. |

I can see all the listed items very well. I mainly listed the same items with different lengths like 15-inch silver chain, 16-inch silver chain, 18-inch silver chain. I wonder if that is allowed. |

Yes, you can see them so that you can fix whatever is wrong. However, we can't see the listings. You are allowed to have variations as long as you don't have the exact same item listed more than once. You may have mentioned a payment form that ecrater doesn't use, you could be using someone |

The_Vaul did you put the chain lengths in your title?
If you just said [ 925 sterling silver chain ] in each title then they would have been picked up as duplicate listings even if you elaborated the difference within the description. If you correctly title your items, duplicates that vary only in size are allowed. |

If you have reviewed the eCRATER terms of service and still are unable to determine the problem with your store, you should contact eCRATER to see if they will assist. |

Are you perhaps calling it silver when it's not 100% silver?
Just guessing |
