Mostly from people however if you tweet an item it will result in a bunch of hits from search engines.

Also every time you post in the forum you get a lot of sellers who click on your store and look at a few items. Some of these may turn into sales but for the most part they are just sellers wondering who you are and what you sell.

If you use Google Analytics you can see where your hits for each item come from.

Google Analytics is the best to know where traffic come. If you have a blog with Google I recommend add the Analytics to it.
