|
Can't log in, meaning the screen doesn't show up giving me the opportunity to log in. I made a sale this morning, so that part is working.
Typing in http://elisia.ecrater.com doesn't work, either.
Can someone click on my link above to let me know if you can get in?
Also, how do I get in contact with customer service?
Thank you. |

The link you gave goes to your store fine for me and I can view your products.. Are you needing to get in to your admin? |

Thank you foxandfish. Seems people are able to view my store...everyone but me
The link http://www.ecrater.com brings me to a blank page...the arrow at the url keeps spinning like it wants to open, but nothing.
"Contact link for eCrater is at the bottom right of the main page." When you say main page, do you mean admin. page? I can't get in there.
Does anyone have a link to customer service? I can't locate it. |

Contact link is on the main page of eCrater.com ... not your store admin.
It's http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php
Have you tried a diff. browser? Or rebooting your computer? |

I've cleared my cache, shut down my computer.
Tried the link to get in to Cust Serv and same thing: blank screen and can go no further.
There is an area in my computer to accept or deny sites. I've entered ecrater in the accept area.
This is not happening with any other site I attempt to enter.
Unable to list items, verify anything in my store, update items, etc. When a sale comes in, I am happy but not comfortable.
Hopefully a moderator of the forum will contact cust. serv? |

Remember it is a major holiday week so staff may be short handed. Meanwhile you can deal with your sales by going directly to PayPal or Google whichever the buyers use. |

I'm having the same problem. Started yesterday. Waited until this morning for this to resolve itself. No luck.
I cannot access anything connected with the ecrater.com domain; Stores, Community Forum, etc. Even clicking on the store links in this forum won't work.
Just get a blank page.
The only way I could get into the forum today was through a google link that had a session ID.
Using IE 9 on Windows Vista Home Premium I went through the diagnostics to reset the network. Didn't work.
Cleared the cache & restart. Didn't help.
Went back to a system restore point and that didn't work.
I can surf anywhere on the net except eCrater.com.
Any suggestions on fixing the problem for this browser.
Thanks for your help.

It's http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php
It can be frustrating, I know. As it turned out, I had 2 programs running to keep my computer secure. Not sure when or how it happened, but once I stopped the one, keeping the one I paid for, all was ok.
Check to see if a computer program was installed recently. When you have 2 programs running at the same time, they go in to the battle arena.
If you get through to ecrater customer service, they will be more specific. After I wrote to them, I went to sleep. Woke the next morning and all was ok with ecrater...not sure what did it. |

Do you check your computer for the DNSChanger infection? |
