| Please help me! After I wrote yesterday here in that I can sell Tabex, the store was suspended. I do not have a message from the administrator that the store will be suspnded! The worst thing is that I can not log in! Should not be able to log in to remove what should not be sold and the store back to work? |

Ecrater does not send notices that you store will be or is suspended. You are supposed to follow the rules and if you don't, they will suspend you. |

| I understand that the administrators do not send messages. And can anyone tell me how to log into my store so I can remove things that are not allowed to sell? when I type username and password I get the following message: "Invalid username and / or password" |
