so i picked this much tomatoes all in a day! i was surprised it came out to that much, but it's real fun! i am so amused when i am in the garden Smile

also ran into a bird's nest. i thought it was an old abandoned nest, but when i took a peek i was in awe when i saw these 3 bird eggs! they have an aqua and purple spotted hue. the nest structure was perfectly build, too, as if it was bought from a craft store.

so i ran inside to get my camera, and when i was about to take a pic i noticed some big feathers inside the nest. it was the mommy bird which got startled just as i was, as it flew out of the nest and the lime tree.

i gave the bird some space because i didn't want it to leave its eggs unhatched if it senses too much danger, but at a later time had to get my camera to capture a shot. so here it is!

and the random coca cola bugs is just too adorable not to share!

hope you enjoy!!

and please share some of yours on here too!

You're right, that bird's nest was so perfectly made that it looks like a fake nest purchased from a craft store. They usually look so sloppy. Beautiful photo. I always have problems remembering how to upload photos to the forums here so, If I can figure it out, I'll upload some of the beautiful photos I took while in Canada last time. I visited a mountain range (not sure of the name) in Quebec just outside of a small town called Pierre De Riviere St. Francois. It was something like that. I can never seem to get the name right because it was all in French. How do you upload photos here, I forgot.

What beautiful pictures LKJ. I don't think I have ever seen a black squirrel before. You must live in a lovely area.

Bearcreek I think you mean the Laurentian mountains.

Lovely pics. Keep them coming. Since I don't use a photo website, I can't upload anything other than products, unless the rules have changed.

I had a visitor at my house this morning, thought I'd share. This seemed like the place to share it.

ok, I figured it out. Here are some photos taken in Quebec, Canada on a mountain ski resort. My husband was delivering a load there (he is a semi-truck driver) and I had the privelage of being able to go with him. I don't remember the name of the resort but, these photos were taken in early 2011. For some reason, they all uploaded with the size of photo printed on them. And they uploaded small but, you can click on any of these photos and it will pull them up in a new window.

And here are a few photos I took at the zoo a few weeks ago.

There was actually a dark pink tinted light above him inside of his cage and that's just how the photo turned out. I had the flash on so, I was kinda shocked when it turned out pink. Owls are nocturnal so they had his room completely dark except for a few pink lights.
