HELP! I can't figure out featured listing

I, too am an Ebay. I am sick of getting kicked off for selling authentic products.

I am trying to get my page to look as good as possible. I can't figure out how to do my featred items. The thumbnails. I thought that I checked the right boxes.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Tricia!

Are you talking about the featured category images that show at the bottom of your store's homepage? If that's the case, you have to upload them in the same place you created your categories. If you click on the Categories link in the admin tool and click to edit the categories you created, you can upload them there.
