The other day, I received a google payment for a few items I sold. There is no record of it.
What if I sold other stuff and they didn't go ahead and pay? They would never hear from me because I would have know way of knowing they bought anything.
Yikes! Help! |

I've had that happen a couple of times. I thought they were eCRATER sales, but it turns out the items were purchased directly from Google base, and will show up in your Google Checkout account history.
It WAS confusing at first, but now I know all the places to look...

Wow! Thanks. That's probably what happened.
Do ecrater listings show up on google base? IF so, its nothing I would have done. Hmmmm. |

Any eCrater orders paid for via Google you won't get an e-mail for from eCrater (but you will get one from Google). However, they should show up in your eCrater Orders section but you have to have it set up properly in Google for that work.
I mention that because others have reported Google-paid eCrater orders not showing up in eCrater -- but it was due to some setting or other in Google. |

If an order is placed on ecrater.com it wil appear in your orders if paid via google checkout IF and ONLY IF you have it set up 100% correctly.
You might want to review your set up and make sure you have it all correct. |
