Our site shows no products but is fine in admin.
We are selling our own creator owned comics.
Please can we be unsuspended? |

http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php
Is there anything pertaining to hate crimes, child pornography or other generally taboo subject matter? |

Not really, it's a horror-scifi and it's not aimed at children, but I'd say it was PG13. Some violence, some mild expletives (but hardly any), a tiny bit of sex but you don't really see anything. |

This could be the problem:
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal. If you wish to use a different payment method please contact us first.
According to ecraters terms, you can only use payal and google checkout here. |

Agree payment methods can be the problem.
Also maybe eCrater wants to be sure if you are the publisher or have permission from the publisher. |

Because he only has PayPal, I was thinking he wouldn't accept money orders or checks. Bad assumption on my part. |

But the whole point comes down to he can't use other non-approved payment systems so no reason a customer should contact him first for other payments types. |

Thanks for replying all. I got a reply back from Ecrater - we're discussing the issue. The seem to have taken issue with the fact I did a CLEARLY MARKED test transaction (which I left no feedback for). |

We'd prefer payment by Paypal, so would prefer if people contact us first if they wanted to pay by any method other than Paypal (Money Orders and cheques). So we can put some sort of mechanism in place for them. |

I wondered that too, but they didn't mention it.
BTW We are the creator-owners and the publishers. |

Feedback or not that is a huge no-no, which apparently you have found out. |

Yeah, but I didn't actually leave any feedback. Apparently, feedback if automatically put if if you click some link on the order confirmation email.
But, I checked this and couldn't find said link, just a contact seller option. |

The only way a buyer can leave feedback is when they get a special email from ecrater to leave feedback, nothing automatic when buying and feedback isn't the point (although being sure someone isn't scamming their feedback is pribably the reason behind the rule) a seller can not purchase something from their own store even as a test. You can only take a fake order up to the point of checking out, but not the actual checkout. |
