your store is suspended and me being a seller just like you, I cannot see why your store is suspended. So, sorry. I don't know why. |

eCrater does not notify store owners when stores are suspended for violations of their terms.
They feel that it is up to the store owner to:
1. Identify the problem
2. Correct it
3. Contact eCrater when the problem has been fixed.
You may read the eCrater Terms at: http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php
You can contact eCrater at: http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php |

Even if they did some test runs, they could not leave FB without completing payment. What I thought was curious about that particular item was that the price they were selling for was only about $20 below the price at the Starbucks online store (I found the eCrater page cached at Google). I'm sure there are people very interested in saving $20, but those last 4 sales do look curious. |

And one the feedback says it was "great product, came brand new and packaged nicely from bed, bath, and beyond" so it doesn't sound like they have their own stock. I just can't even fathom running a store that way. How do you know that you can find the item for less then what you charged for it? |
