How do I fix this???

My items are showing up in Google shopping searches as free shipping. I don't have ANY of my items listed with free shipping. I've had several angry customers over this and I don't know what to do to fix it.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

I looked at one of your listings at random. You have USPS Calculated shipping turned on. That is a good thing.

Did you ever take the time to fill in values in the Shipping Matrix ? The Shipping Matrix is a backup for USPS Calculated, and may be used to send values in the feed to GPS.

Fill in the Shipping Matrix, wait a week or so, see if this changes.

Sorry about asking my question twice, I wasn't sure which category to put it in.
In a regular Google search my items show the calculated shipping charges, it's just when people use Google shopping that it shows free shipping. Sounds like I need to figure out the shipping matrix.

Well, you're right, when my items show up in a regular google search it doesn't show the shipping. But if you up one of my irems on google shopping it shows free shipping
