dont know what happen can anybody him me out going to email them now but dont know what i did wrong. i did a test run n place an order when i first open up to make sure it was working, then i find out my flat rate shipping wasnt working and fix it n then a place an order again just to make sure it was working. i really dont this is the problem because i brought from my own site to make sure it was working.

If you went all the way through payment, that is a no-no. You have to stop before paying.

Write to eCRATER. Ask if that is the reason and if so what do you have to do to rectify the situation.

Can plants be shipped to all 50 states? I thought some states like Arizona prohibited plants being imported in. All ecrater stores have to be able to ship to all 50 states.

In your about us page, you say nothing about why you sell airplants or how to take care of them. I would think that this would be interesting to people to know more about these plants. In your terms unless I missed it, I see nothing about what to do if an airplant dies within a certain time frame, can they get a refund?

Where is this located on ecrater? Cusotmers don't have accounts to click on to view orders. If you are going to have several stores in different venues, the terms need to be specific to each venue and this shows yours isn't.
