Your store has been suspended.

We are sellers, like you, and can only guess at the reason for your store to be suspended.

For more information, you should read the sticky post at the top of the Suspended Stores section of the community.

Once you understand the problem, or potential problem, then you should contact eCrater via the Contact link of the bottom of the eCrater home page. Supply the requested information, indicate changes made, etc. No one in the Community can reactivate your store.

Hello, we can see the number from the categories list, but when we click the products link, said: no such product


we receive a mail said our contact informations is incorrect, and ask us to change and then renew it for us

Then you need to correct ALL your contact information. Someone else just had the same difficulty. So you might want to read that thread as well (it will be one of the most recent in the suspended topic).

When you get that taken care of, you might want to think about rewriting your terms page to something that is readable by the average person (instead of lawyers only) and have it pertinent to YOUR STORE. Much of your terms refers to 'the website' which you don't own or are in charge of, it is ecrater's website. Your buyers need to know refund and return information, shipping policies, etc. none of which I could see, but then I was giving your terms a quick read through.
