Welcome. Airplants intrigue me but I have always failed in keeping them alive. Perhaps either on your about or terms page you could give some additional info about growing them.
I found a couple of things in your store that need to be taken care of as you will lose money otherwise.
1. Remove Collect on Delivery as a payment option. If the buyer rejects the package, you are liable for all costs.
2. In your terms you state you have a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee but all your items I looked at show free shipping to the US mainland. You haven't set your shipping correctly. Otherwise it would show as $6.95 to the US mainland. It is not allowed or possible to add shipping after purchase. So you would lose money. |
