Welcome to eCRATER from another Canadian based seller.

I have a suggestion for your titles that you need to take seriously.
Do not begin your titles with the code numbers. Put them at the end. They are for your use not the shoppers and will negatively influence search engines.

Also you do not mention in titles or descriptions what your items are made of. I assume it is clay of some sort but that doesn't help the shopper who searches for a ceramic rocking horse or a handmade pottery bowl, etc.

I also suggest you do a read through of your descriptions. There are many errors of grammar and disjointed sentences that could confuse buyers. If English is not your first language, ask someone to help.
