Read Section 4. This information is easily and widely available. Why should the site owner have to repeatedly tell people what they can find out on their own ?

The very first thread here says, 'Read this First' where they do state the rules. So he has done that. If suspended sellers don't/won't read that and/or still have a question, fellow sellers will try to answer them best that we can, considering most/all (?) of us have never been suspended. It all comes back to not reading and following the rules and if you want the staff's attention, email them directly don't shout out to them in a thread.

As far I saw in the topics. More than 90% of the suspensions are from people that never read the Terms of the site and some from that percent believe because the site is "free" means they can whatever they want. Some never contact eCrater directly and never follow/like the replies or suggestions from other sellers about potential issues to resolve.

we did read the entire contents of the terms and conditions and as stated we are fully complient with them. Ecrater is not free anymore because there was an annoucment that said 3% of the amount was now due for any sales on ecrater. Nevertheless, we have followed everything to the letter.

How long does it take to get posted to Google Shopping once you have correctly added products to the store in the exact format required?

I think they say the feed happens 3 times a week, but I do not know how long it would take to show up on google.

And the 2.9% they want from the sales that get "marketplace" only, you see in your sales section admin.

Did you read the last paragraph in the first posting in this topic regarding suspended stores? It states, "If your store becomes suspended please identify the problem, fix it and then email us though the contact form with a request for re-activation. http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php"
Your store is suspended. Have you contacted eCRATER and requested re-activation?

Your store has to be active (not suspended) before it can be included in the feed to Google Shopping.

Interestingly enough, you have no name that says anything. Without adding your logo when someone sees your terms or about us, they aren't seeing any store name. I also noted that in your terms you use abbreviations as if everyone would know what they are such as DOA and RMA. You might want to actually spell out what those words mean.

You are suspended. I suspect that ecrater wants to see your invoices for your products etc. You need to contact them to see what you need to do to get unsuspended. Be sure you haven't blocked their email as I thought they were letting sellers know now that they were being suspended and why.

Well hopefully that will keep you suspended. There is no reason to talk that way as this is a business board and we all should be professional in what we write and say.
