url name change

I made a store and then found out I couldn't access the email I used so that I could activate it, so I made a new store and added 1 after it. Is there any way to change the url/store ID? Thank you

You need to go to the home page of eCRATER.com and click on the contact link on the lower right of the page. Explain to eCRATER exactly what happened, what you did, and what you would like to happen. They will advise you on what can be done.

You have to pay for a name change. When I did this it cost me $25 and the rate varies per each store, I guess, depending on how many sales you have and how well known you already are? Anyway, if you don't have a lot of items in your store or a lot of sales feedback, I'd go ahead and just shut down your current store and open a new store with the name you'd prefer. No reason to pay a fee to change your name unless you already have a lot of sales and your store name has been around long enough for people to know you well.
