Your USA and Canadian shipping is set as you have described. For your international orders, I'm not sure of your request.
If you want:
1 CD = $5.99 shipping
2 CDs = $2.99 shipping
3 CDs = $1.99 shipping
6 CDs = $1.99 shipping .... then your current matrix is correct. |
