Guys this has probably been asked before but I'm a newbie and need some help.
Why is it that my products can only be seen on the us store site and not in uk or au ? |

I believe it takes a little time for the items to post the first time to the UK and AU sites. At this time it's been close to 12 hours since you posted your question and your site is active in the UK. If it doesn't post in a few hours to the AU site, I would suggest you contact eCRATER direct using the contact link on the eCRATER home page. |

Clicking on your url takes me directly to your UK store.
Suggestions if though you didn't ask? Your pictures are way to dark and it is hard to see them. they are also too small so that on some listings you are getting a google ad between your listing and the customer being able to see the 8 additional products. For US sales you need to find out what people in the US call items. Plaster here is generally thought of as something smeared on walls during construction, not as a bandage unless someone has been exposed to a lot of British words via books or TV. Those back 'plasters' you are selling would be called 'heatwraps' here in the US I believe. If you want US traffic, you need to use the language that the buyer understands and spend more time on your descriptions explaining what these items are supposed to do, what they are made out of, etc. This being for all your descriptions no matter where they are selling, so you need to have things that the US, the UK and AU will all understand in your descriptions. |

Agree with Moonwishes.
Your photos are way too dark and your descriptions are worthless. People who buy personal care items on line want to know the ingredients and what the product is used for.
Things to be noted in the descriptions:
Are the products tested on animals (this is a big deal in the US, Canada, and UK)?
Is the product all natural? If so what are the herbals etc. used? If not you should list all the ingredients on the product.
What is the size? Ounces or grams.
How is the product to be used? Daily, night, weekly, etc.? |
