A buyer had trouble completing a purchase, so he started over and was able to complete the second time around. One payment showed cleared in Paypal, but BOTH show up paid on eCrater.
Anyone else ever had this problem? Oftentimes my buyers have to try twice to complete the purchase, but only one always shows up as paid.
Is there a report I can look at to find out if the Marketplace fee was refunded (or not charged) on this incomplete purchase? |

Which item was paid and which wasn't. I would think you have to go to PP to find that out. Once you know, probably in this case it would be a good idea to send a short note to the team with the paid order number and the unpaid order number assuming they were marketplace orders. If not, nothing to worry about other than sending the item on its way. |
