| I have contacted eCRATER twice in the passed week and have not heard back. I have a simple question to ask them directly just curious how long I should expect to wait before hearing a reply it at all. |

Usually within 1 or 2 days.
Did you fill in the contact form? That should direct your question to the right person and you will probably get a faster response than if you didn't. |

| The only time I heard back slower than one day is if I ask on the weekend, then they wait to Monday. |

| Agree - 1 to 2 days - in fact I have always been very impressed with how quickly they respond. |

It depends on how complicated the question is. In some cases you get a same day response, in other it may take several days. If it has to bumped up to the man in charge, he may not respond until he has time to research the issue, or look into the problem. One day is quick, two to three days does happen, a week is an outside possibility. |
