In your admin screen, go to Shipping Matrix. Do you see any rows for those Countries ? If not, you have to enable those as valid shipping destinations.
If you have rows, then fill in the values you want.
The shipping matrix is only valid if USPS Calculated is disabled |

I just checked one of your items for Canada shipping and it was still $6.55 which is for what you have for sale enough to ship something that is less that an ounce to AUK, AU, CA! Even your US prices are a lot. I ship pretty much everything I sell via 1st class. And a 1st class bubble envelope for three ounces is $1.93 if using electronic shipping and that includes DC. I do have to pay for the envelope of course. Not sure where you got the $12.99 price for international postage either as it is too little for Priority and way more than you need for 1-2 ounces 1st class mail package, at least if postage is done via electronic postage.
Of course your prices are up to you, but I don't think you want to scare away customers with such high shipping costs.
Anyhow what you did with your postage didn't seem to work. |

You still have USPS Calculated Shipping active which will over ride any other shipping method you use. In your store admin look for Account: and click on Options, then remove the check mark in the box beside "Enable USPS Calculated Shipping Instead". |
