If you sell something on ebay, will it automatically delete the listing from ecrater or do you manually have to do it? Also how do you delete items?
Thanks |

Manually. eCrater and eBay aren't partners or have a link or have sync. |

Yeah, manually remove. The inventory control function is only for your items listed here on ecrater & your acct. here cannot be linked to ebay as ecrater is not affiliated with ebay in any way. So manually remove items here when something sells on ebay and vice versa. |

How do you delete? On your admin page where you see the list of your products, click on the delete button for the item you want to delete. It is the big red X . Simple or you can hide it if you think you will get more of that item to sell. You have to do that within the listing itself - click the hide button and you have to put the quantity to 1 which doesn't make sense, but as long as you have it hidden it is no problem. I insert a blurb at the top of all sold listings saying it is sold and inviting folks to shop the rest of my store. Hidden listings can be found in searches on the web (not your own store), but not purchased. |

May I mention that if you have all the same inventory on ebay and ecrater, you have to keep a good eye on your sales so that you delete the item when if sells fast so as to not double sell. Sometimes buyers want more than one item and they see it for sale on two different spots. It never seems to register that if the same seller has it for sale on both places, it is probably the same thing and only one available, so you have to refund. |

Related to this -
I wanted to sell items I am importing over from Ebay and will no longer sell on Ebay.
There's a warning message that duplicate listings will result in Google deactivating me.
Does that apply in the above scenario? |

Please clarify. Are you speaking of multiple eBay items with the exact same title, or items on eBay and items on eCRATER ? |
