| Hello from Past2Present Treasures. We have been with ecrater for a few monthes now. Just wanted to reintroduce ourselves to the ecrater community. We sell a variety of products from collectibles, vintage to brand new! |

I love the shop. It has the feel of walking into a vendor's mall - a little of this and a little of that. You think you are going to get to the cash register and someone is going to give you a big friendly smile. Nice job.

Unless someone has truly been selling for a while and gets Frequently Asked Questions from potential buyers, you are literally making them up. I've seen some FAQ that I doubt anyone would ever ask about -- it is just the seller trying to emphasize one more time something weird about how they run or want to run their store. Granted you might be able to guess what people might ask, but then you should try to clarify those things within in the listing itself or your TOS. I've also had FAQ that it doesn't matter what I say, no one looks at them anyhow.
Having that About page and the TOS page filled in along with the home page is important. The FAQ can come as you actually get asked questions. |
