When I type my website like on facebook my website name shows and under it shows the products I sell like candles, bath & body etc. How do I change the products. I went into the edit text section and removed it but it still shows. Where else can this info be so I can change it. |

I am confused. Are you talking about your storefront or your facebook page? |

You know when you type a website into your status on Facebook and the picture of the website shows up? In my picture that shows up some of my products that I use to sell also show but some of them I don't sell anymore so I want to take them off. |

I don't generally type my website address on my personal page because I have a link to my store already in my "about section." Plus on my business page I have a SHOP NOW link that goes to my store. Maybe someone else on this forum might know. Sometimes I type links to an item in my store and that will show a picture of the item in my store. |

Taylor, that information is being pulled from the meta description you created here on ecrater. Because typing in just the store name url will pull up the link to your store, while posting a link to a specific product or category brings up details about the category or item.
Login to your admin panel here on ecrater, under TEXTS, go to EDIT TEXTS and then click on Meta Description. Edit that however you want it to appear and that is what will appear on facebook from now on when you post your store URL on facebook. |

Just to clarify for everyone else.
If you post your store url to facebook:
It pulls the text from the meta description you filled out here on ecrater.
If you post The url to a specific category in your store:
It shows the name of the category and facebook will use the first photo they can find for that category. Usually the photo of the very first product that was ever listed under that category for sale.
If you post the url to a specific product:
It displays the item title, as much as it can. Also pulls the first line or two of text from that items description, and shows the default photo for that item as well. |

I am also confused, I did not properly understand your problem. You need the process how you edit your post isn't it. |
