Very Important Information:

America simply cannot go on doing stuff like this, and survive as a great country!!

"Life is under no obligation to give us what we expect."

28th Amendment, 35 States and Counting . . .

It will take you less than a minute to read this. If you agree, please pass it on.
Time has come to deal with this self-serving situation:

Children of Congress
members do not have to pay back their college student loans.

Staffers of Congress
family members are also exempt from having to payback student loans.

Members of Congress
can retire at full pay after only one term.

Members of Congress
have exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed, under which ordinary citizens must live.

For example, they are exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment.

And as the latest example, they have exempted themselves from Healthcare Reform, in all of its aspects.

We the people must not tolerate an elite class of such people, elected as public servants and then putting themselves above the law.

I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent, or whatever.
The self-serving must stop.

Governors of 35 states
have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens
upon their states. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a
Constitutional Convention.

IF each person
that reads this will send it on to 20 people, in three days
most people in The United States of America will have the message.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:

"Congress shall make no law
that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply
equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no
law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply
equally to the Citizens of the United States..."

Thanks for your help and support by sending this on ...

Me too - Me too. Great thread. I am afraid that I will only be passing it on to 14 people tho, as I simply do not connect with that many people on a regular basis.

I have 3,563 followers on one of my social network accounts which grows by an additional 190 to 265 followers every 48 hours so I can guarantee that plenty of people will see it.

These are people who friended me because they follow one of my blogs and are currently awaiting the arrival of my first book, and topics like this happen to be discussed over there too.

I have not shared anything yet Sammy, I was actually going to look into this later this evening and research this before posting it. I am an author of a blog that is not based around selling, promotions, or anything like that. I discuss scientific topics, physics, the universe, neuroscience, etc. but sometimes topics like this one come up, so trust me when I say even though something sounds good or believable, I always do research first when it comes to stuff like this. My followers are following me because I do not base my writing around theories or opinions. So I always look into stuff like this before posting it.

I would say that 98% of those 'Oh my gosh" things posted on FB have no real facts behind them. Just some people with way to much time on their hands trying to upset people.

I used to create readers' surveys and used the results to attract advertisers. I would interpret the results one way for some potential advertisers and give an entirely different interpretation to other advertisers.

Media is so biased left or right that you can't really believe anything that comes from them.

My personal "favorite" is those who report the news and then follow up with their own color commentary. You just heard about the story 24 hours ago. Don't think that you have some insiders' point of view that we should listen to, and isn't your job to REPORT the news, not give your biased opinion? If I want a snide remark by a cartoon cut-out character, I'll watch the SNL weekend update thank you very much.

I think a lot of that has to do with the 24/7 "news cycle". Let's face it, there just isn't enough news to fill the airwaves 24/7 so they fill it will fluff.

Personally, I remember the days when the bulls eye would come on the boob tube and then the National Anthem would play. - yea, I'm THAT old. Bring back the bulls eye - National Anthem. I do not need to be spoon fed my news, never mind being spoon fed some body else's opinion on the news...and then some body else's opinion on that last opinion..........
