In UK site my items are show up but in UK site only 2. Why?

Hello everyone!
I just wondered why have how i can fix that - when i login via US site i can see all my items, but when i login in UK site i can see just 2 of my items. Any idea why? Actually Im from UK and i prefer to sell here. What i have to do to show up all my ads in UK site eCrater?

Hi, I have no idea why you items aren't showing up. But if you are promoting your store as "MG Beauty" people will have a very hard finding it becasue the real name is slancho.....just seems like you are making it hard for people to find you items. This forum is just sellers, someone might have some suggestions about how to find you other products, but you might also want to contact staff as well. The link is on eCrater's main page down in the right corner. Good luck!

I only see 2 items in their UK store as well and about 6 in their US store. Not sure why.

Since I have started selling here in September, my AU and UK stores always show less items than my US store. Currently I have 964 products listed. My UK and AU stores only show 910.
Perhaps this is related to Google Shopping? In admin it states that GS processed 923 in my US store but only inserted 920. Both UK and AU state GS processed 912 and only inserted 910.

So I have been wondering too why there are less items in my international store.

Nope. GS has nothing to do with what shows on your eCrater store front. There is another more subtle reason at work here. It may have to do with categories, or shipping. Not sure what tho.

And all 3 of your stores, US UK and AUS (if you have AUS set up too) are accessed from the same account. There is no logging in to other accounts to access your other stores. So if you login from the UK or AUS site, you are not logging into a different account you are still logging into the same ONE ecrater account you've always had. No matter which site you login from, you are always logging into just one account.

This a wild guess, so I could be very wrong ...

Appears in the US marketplace under Home > All Categories > Beauty & Fragrances

That item does not appear in the UK marketplace. A similar item from another seller ....

Appears in a more specific category: Home > All Categories > Beauty & Fragrances > Makeup > Face Makeup

Those are dictated by the Global category and sub-category, and really should not have anything to do with what shows up in your store front.

Try fiddling with the Global sub-category, wait a while, and see if anything changes. It may also be an issue involving currency, but I thought everyone was entering prices in USD.

slancho, Do not convert prices in other currencies is not selected which means that you hav eto manually set the GBP prices if you wish to sell in your UK store.

If you would like all your products to appear in your UK store, then make sure you add GBP price for each product.
