I would guess you have been suspended for some reason. You will need to contact eCrater staff.

You can see the store, but not the items, which is what tells me the seller is suspended.

You would think the ones helping the Chinese sellers set up shop would tell them to not bother with eCRATER as they will get suspended.

I did think their mix of items for sale was interesting however. Toys and 'silverware'. Now who would think to put those two sorts of items together in the same store? Think of the marketing fun! Oops, do Chinese sellers even try to market their goods?

i'm surprised OP lasted so long. eCRATER must be taking down chinese sellers almost every day.

i know there are a ton of them here selling illegal crap. then you get the real morons asking for help like this joker. i'm just glad they are so dumb that they use the same contact information all over the internet and it doesn't take long to uncover their BS.

Big problem some items like "Hello Kitty". I read or hear somewhere that you must have a license to sell it. Not matter if the company headquarters is in Japan. They have legal representation in many countries.

Same with Disney or any other famous representation: if the selling venue doesn't can you, corporate spies will take you to court. We all have to be careful, even with appliqués, embroidery, paintings, etc. Best to obtain the license to sell and write copy that you have it, or just be original.

Years ago we had someone that hand drew pictures of the different Disney characters and just couldn't understand why her 'original' drawings were violating copyright law. Some people have a hard time understanding all the ins and outs of this.

I've read reports of people making a quilt similar to one in a quilting magazine and getting in trouble because they were using someone else's 'design' without permission (when they went to sell or exhibit since they didn't give credit to the original designer). Like how can you copyright and say that a log cabin quilt is your own original design just because you added an extra border or whatever? Some things are quite easy to see that the quilt is one of a kind and can be copyrighted, but people have been make variations on regular quilts for centuries and how can anyone say that what they did was 'original'? Just like some woman was trying to take people to court for using 'her' idea about cutting down adult garments such as dad's shirt to make a dress for the little girl. She seemed to think that she was the first to have that idea never mind that there were many of these same ideas published during WWII with cloth rationing and even further back, poor and not so poor people did it to stretch their clothing dollar when fabric was so expensive.

Anyhow, some think they have a copyrighted idea when they really don't and others think if they made they thing based entirely on a registered TM that it is okay to do. Won't get into the company that seemed to think they were the first to use the word MOD and thought no one else could use it. Obviously to young to remember the Mod Squad, etc.

It is a difficult concept to figure out and stay in line with all the rules, but I'm sure that the 'Chinese' sellers know that not only are they selling something they don't have permission to sell, but they are knock-offs/pirated copies as well.
