I'm trying to upload a new home page image (of me  ) and it will not upload and keeps deferring back to the original image I had? I cropped and shrunk my new pic to meet the specs of the home page image but it still will not upload? Any clues?

Hi Carla!
The image probably loaded ok, but because ecrater simply overwrites the previous file with the same name, it sometimes takes a few hours to propegate out there in WWW. If you've hit the refresh on your browser and you still don't see the new picture, this is probably what is happening. If you check it again this evening, it'll probably have updated.

Poopsheet yep it's a pic of 2 women me and my daughter in law but I still see the bride doll huuummm that's odd ... well I'll just have to check later and see what happens ...

I see 2 women - out of focus
You should see it now.
Next time - force a refresh on your pc --- it was probably pulling from your cache instead of refreshing. |

I can't get an image on my home page where it says your image and I don't know how I got the picture of the flowers on top  I have read different things and can't seam to get it. I would like the flowers to go down where your image should be. What do other people put there  Iam going to look at some of the other stores and see what I find |

Log in at www.ecrater.com/admin
To replace the image that says Your Image Here -
Select Color Templates from the left side menu
Click ON the template you choice to change the image that is there to your own.
Choose image (175 x 196 px: jpg, gif or png) that you have on your hard drive by clicking Browse and selecting it
Click update
Where you currently have the flowers is where your logo goes.
Upload Logo
Select Upload Logo on the left side menu
Choose your logo (max 250 x max 68 px: jpg, gif or png) that you have on your hard drive by clicking Browse and selecting it
Click update
You can change this at anytime by clicking reset and following the above instructions again. You may have to manually refresh your screen to see the new image.
Dont have a logo try making one yourself

you can always get with wahm and order a logo or a whole store front
