An item was sold and the tracking number was posted, but I don't know how will an order considered to be completed? Will the buyer
need to confirm the receipt of the item?
Thanks a lot. |

No, if you see the green checkmark means they paid, then goto paypal make sure they paid and the address matches the order.
Send item,............. your done
You can get an "order" but doesn't mean they paid.
It's done, nothing more to do. and hope for feedback,
As for confirming, only if it's the "shipping" and you shipped making them sign for it, otherwise check the tracking. |

Stop thinking of 'Complete'. Orders age. When an order gets to a certain age, it is probably complete. For example, item's which I sold prior to last Christmas are now 6+ months old. They have aged, to a point where they are as complete as they're ever going to get. |

As far as I'm concerned the order is complete the minute I put it in the mailbox. If I hear back that it didn't arrive then I deal with it. But you will rarely ever hear back from the buyer and certainly not an official "it's here and all is fine' type message. |
