Refund How To

I don't see anywhere but PayPal to issue a refund? I see where a column shows RF but nowhere to process.

Buyers do not have accounts on eCrater. You should issue your refund based on the payment method the customer used. If they paid via PayPal, then you would issue the refund via PayPal. If they paid via Stripe, you would process the refund via Stripe.

Thank you for the reply. I figured as much but how does the order get marked RF(stands for refund I assume) or complete?

Happens automatically if you refund via PP or Stripe (cyber-elves ). If they sent a Money Order, etc. then you would have to send them money back and if the order came via the Marketplace, let the eCRATER team know that you had to refund the order so they can not charge you the MP fee.

Basically the only reason other than to see at a glance that the order was refunded, is for you not to be charged the MP fee.
