what i know ECRATER send in a week or more from date of order to buyers to leave feedback .... i do not like that way as lot of buyers do not see email sent to them then do not leave a feedback then sellers lose more feedbacks...
BUT a buyer at my store left me positive feedback at same day he placed order ...how ??!!!!
just to know he left it because he was happy for discount i offer him ....

| They get sent out twice, right away and then a week or so later. |

simply i have 2 stores ... this one i down it because of attributes troubles & other one where i got feedback
