I need help with creating and loading home page image and avatar.

I can't help you with creating a home page image. You will need some type of graphics program to produce a jpg, gif or png image. You said in your duplicate post (that is now locked) that you paid someone to create an image for you. It needs to be in the jpg, gif or png format. If you can get that image sent to you, you can download it, then upload it to your store. No one can install it for you, b/c no one should have access to your store admin. I don't know what admin version you're using. But in the classic version, under Texts in the left menu column, is Home Page Image. Open that, select the image, and hit Update.
