Hello , Every one
Some of my buyers tell me that they don't know the method of writing feedback about our transaction , especially the buyers who doesn't have an account on eCRATER
What is the advice which i should advise them to make there feedback ? |

A feedback email is sent right after ordering, and then another one about 10 days later (I think 10 days). Those are the only times the buyer gets a link. Remind your buyers to double check their spam folders. |

Also, the customer has to pay electronically at the time of the sale to receive the email. If the customer pays later from an invoice you send or the customer pays by check or money order, they will not be sent the email and there is no way for them to leave feedback. |

Keep in mind that the only people that have an "account" on eCRATER are sellers. Buyers cannot register an account unless they are selling too. Even so, accounts are only for selling and even if you, as a fellow seller, purchased something it still will not show up in your selling account anywhere.
Buyers can only leave feedback through the link provided in the 2 emails sent to them from eCRATER. |
