Hi Everyone,
Sorry to bother you. I have a few quick questions. (I think.)
I had a customer try to purchase an item three times, but it didn't seem to go through. The transaction was finally processed with an invoice though, and I marked it paid. Can the customer give feedback?
And, does the store update to show one more sale? (I didn't see a change; but, I just did this within the last hour or so.)
Also, would Paypal Express help a customer in completing a transaction? Will the process be shorter or easier?

1. Customers (buyers) can only leave feedback if they pay online using PP or Stripe. No mailed payments or seller generated invoices.
2. Your number of transactions do not show till someone leaves feedback.
3. I don't know if PPE helps buyers having trouble paying. It will depend on if the buyer knows how to contact PP customer service.
