I have a few questions:
#1...mainly why are ALL shipping methods:
USPS Media Mail (2-9 days) : $3.12
USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope (1-3 days) : $6.65
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) : $7.60
...coming up on an item when it is NOT media mail...too big for flat rate envelope?
#2...should I simple use FLAT RATE shipping and not mess with the matrix?
I guess I will start with those two questions first.
Thank you |

When you select USPS Calculated, every item listed gets every one that you have enabled, with one exception. First Class Package is only available for 13 oz and less packages. If you don't want this, you have to run different stores, or turn off USPS Calculated and go with the matrix or with fixed/flat shipping. |

I use the matrix and have no trouble with it, but I have a lot of years worth of getting comfy with it. Some have trouble for a long time. I assume you are just starting your store as I see only a few things listed? If so welcome.
The matrix shipping is easy to use, especially when most of your goods are similar weights and shipping ways. I sell mostly sewing patterns, but for some items that are out of sync with what I usually sell I will do flat rate, but most I figure out the matrix. The thing you have to remember with the matrix is those columns can mean anything that you want them too. Need help just ask with specific questions. |
